I need to generate workflow for invoices issue from sales order .

    Hi,
     
    There is no standard workflow available in Sales Order and Invoice, you can customize it if required.

    But I want the sales coordinator to issue a proposal from the sales order and then go to the accountant to accept and post .

    Hi,
     
    First, F&O already offers batch invoicing.
    If you need to create a flow, it is recommended that you use power automate, which triggers the action to create an invoice record when a sales order record is created.
