SL 2018 - Remove Home Page

Under SL2018 CU2, there is the is an "Intelligent Cloud", Business Central and community forum that pops up under the user's home page.  Is there any way to disable or turn that off?  Please advise.  Thank you.

    You set the homepage for each user in the User Maintenance screen. Once one is entered, you have the option of copying it to any or all of the other users in SL.
