Customer name alias for dispatch label on orders

Hi, 

We're on AX Dynamics 2012 R10. We would like to offer our customers the ability of placing an order with a Name and Destination which is separate and distinct from the customer. The address is simple enough to manage and maintain, however I can't seem to find a way to ensure that the dispatch label prints a different name to the customer name. Is this possible in this software or will it require changes. Also, does anyone know if this is an option in AX 365 ?
