Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Archived)

field service

hi all

i am trying to connect to field service app on my ios device

trying to connect it raise an error 

known that i am using two different app shown in the photos5165.apps.PNGIMG_5F00_8341.PNG

anybody could help much appreciate it is an important task and i should deliver by thursday before 11 am

also if please tell how to configure my device to be tracked and booked from the schedule board as a demo

    In the App go to Setup:

    1. Check in Advanced section if "Webservice" option is set to CRM2011, which works on my device.

    2. In Accounts section go to Dynamics 365

    3. Check if user mode is Standard User

    4. Check URL to be like this: orgname.crm.dynamics.com

    5. User Name: Name@tenant.onmicrosoft.com

    6. Password: your password

    7. Tab on the Sync button and it should work.

    I believe you are using CRM On-Premise? I'm not so familiar with that as I've only used Online with Field Service. You can look at this guide as it explains most of the errors in Resco [View:https://www.resco.net/downloads/First-level-support-Resco-Mobile-CRM.pdf]

    You have followed these steps? Just want to make sure.

    actually i finished the whole steps reaching to publish the project and it has been published successfully . however still i can not login neither from the mobile app nor from desktop app :(

    i have no idea about !!

    i can see the solution for fied service and the woodford in crm solutions

    and they sent me an email u have successfully published and u can use crm mobile right now but still that error log maybe u have faced this issue before or have anyidea about it

    Hi Hasooon,

    Could you take a screenshot of your login settings? Its possible that you entered your org details incorrectly.
