How to cancel a packing slip in Sales Order

Hellow;

I have a sales order in state Delivered but i need to Cancel it.

When i choose the option of cancel packing slip, happen nothing. The order is still deliverd.

¿ Is possible to Cancel a Packing Slip? ¿ I need make some configuration in other Module ?

The order is not Invoiced.

Hi Jonell,

Check on the posted packing slip transaction, Compare the inventory dimensions posted once and current Line inventory dimensions Should be same. By right you can use cancel function to cancel the packing slip. Is there any QC involved in your case?

Alternative You can add negative Line with same Line details and Item and confirm SO and post packing slip.

Hi Nagembdra!

Nothing error. When i click in "Cancel" appears a message to validate the operation, i accept and happens nothing .

These jobs were created in Sales history, after i accepted Cancel the Packing slip.

Is the Vendor is linked with any inter company order or direct delivery order ?

It is direct delivery order. Whe don´t use intercompany.

Hi jonell,

If this is direct delivery order, Go to general tab, reference select the PO. Go to PO and cancel the Product receipt. Than it will cancel the packing slip of reference SO.

Can you cancel it multiple times? Isn't the cancel button set inactive once first executed?

Canceling it will not delete it, but resets the quantity posted to 0.

Please check the corrosponding inventory transactions and see if it doesn't sum to 0.
