Deleted flow still used by dynamics 365. How to remove it?

Posted on by 477

Greetings,

We have a deleted flow (power automate/flows) that is still running. It is not visible in the interface, but it is still running.

Is there somewhere where we can find all flows and delete it, again? Or disable it? Or... whatever is necessary for it to stop running?

Cheers

I found it in the dutch default solution. Thanks!

I am trying to give me the rights to callbackregistration api, but my interface is in dutch, and do not know where to look. Can you please tell me in which group i can find that table in group security? It will narrow it down I hope.

I usually use powerapps to look up the table in english and see its dutch translation.

    Hello,

There are few possible scenarios here:

1- Open the default solution over the maker portal, and see if the flow exists there or see if it's still part of any managed solution

2- Check callbackregistrations and see if the flow is mentioned in anyone of them (you can do this with API call /api/data/v9.1/callbackregistrations)

3- verify if the flow is not on some other environment, and the trigger is pointing to this organization in specific (over CDS connector, you can choose the environment where a flow will trigger)

If it is not part of Solution then, you have to open the Default Solution Power Apps and filter by Flow. You should be able to view the deleted flow. Make sure you are in the correct environment.

    Best Regards
