Hi,
Can you verify if you created the account after the validation came through with the same email?
If not, can you try again, specifically:
1. Ensure you are signed out
2. Apply with the application using another email address not used previously
3. When email comes validating, then go back to site and create an account with the same email used in step 2.
Let me know if that doesn't work and the email you used and we can look it up in the back end.
