Does anyone have any experience using this product with GP?

We recently ran into this for a company and they complain about constant batches getting stuck and printing issues. I am wondering if this is more a network connectivity or configuration problem.
I don't think I've ever heard of Parallels in any support case or anything, hopefully someone in the Community has used it and can give some information.

We use parallels with GP but we have all sorts of issues ranging from smartlists talking forever to load, printing issues, batches getting stuck etc. We just started using a month ago and no one knows what hit them.
Investigations underway
We have found giving users full permissions under Parallels solved the issues. We left this up to their IT department.
