In Manufacturing Module, I issued Raw material which affected in inventory, but not showing in the WIP. I need to reverse the material issuance. Kindly help

When you say "not showing in the WIP", what inquiry are you using?
Was inventory reduced by the issue? How do you know?
Have you checked Order Varience Inquiry in manufacturine->inquiry->MO? Enter your MO, display the front page data, click on the Materials link on the left side, uncheck the two boxes on the materials display, and look at your item. Was is issued to WIP? Has it been consumed from WIP?
Have you received any finished goods from this MO?

I checked in smartList and found that WIP was not consumed (Now i verified in Order variance also).
Inventory Reduced (Checked in Item Stock Inquiry).
I didnt receive any Finished Goods.
