Benefits date effectivity

When terminating a worker, the dialog has a Benefits tab with a few options on it. What does the "keep future dated benefits" refer to exactly? If you select the option to expire benefit coverage, does that end all benefits for the worker? How would you expire different benefits for different dates?

Hi Jowens,

Benefit Tab in worker termination screen is optional. If you chose expire benefit, then all your active benefits would expire on the termination date. Any enrolled benefit that starts in near future will not have any effect if you chose "yes" on "keep future dated benefit". However if you choose "no", it will remove the benefit completely from worker or expire it based on the coverage start date.

You can expire benefits on different dates by expiring your coverage end date for each benefits. You can do that from benefit enrollment screen.
