Micros included but never have I ever run into these issues where no one on IT which I'm not a part of can seems to figure out what is wrong with our system
We are a brand new hotel with the latest system via HYATT, the issue is
Open up start ticket and order menu is all intact, select item send it thru now great.
Customer orders another drink.
Open up pick the same ticket and the order menu has completely changed to an old order menu and will stay on this old menu thru the rest of the transaction.
Another customer comes in and orders and the exact cycle continues once first drink in it reverts to an old menu.
There is a 1-3$ price change in each item per menu.
