Employee Position is Empty

Hi All

New to D365 HR and learning it while supporting it in my organization

I have a ticket where the Employee has been given a leaving date of middle of January and when checking under positions, its not showing anything in there.

The current status of the employee is Terminated, would this be the reason why the position screen is showing as empty?

Looking at previous Employees and the position screen for them, i can see that they all have something showing

Any help or guidance would be great

    Hi Steve,

    When the employee is terminated then you won't see current position, but you can see by going to Positions tab under Worker. Please see below screenshot.

    Do you mean that you can see the position of a previously leaving employee, but this terminated employee's position is invisible?

    Can you provide a screenshot if it is convenient for you

    Its the positions tab thats the issue as its not showing anything in this tab at all, as if the employee never held a position

    The employee position is invisible and i am unable to view this, its as if it doesn't exist

    Im checking with a Sys Admin account as well and when looking at other employees leaving/left its showing their position
