We upgraded MR to MU7 on Friday of last week.
Today when I use the missing account analysis tool i can open the tool, set a company that i want analyzed and then during the refresh i get the following message.

I have the same question (0)I was able to find one case with the same message where they cleared the issue by running the following statement against the ManagementReporter database in SQL.
DELETE SECURITYUSER WHERE NAME = 'EVERYONE'
It was not clear what caused the error or why the everyone group needed to be deleted so definitely try this at your own risk after making a full backup.
If you are not comfortable with running the statement, it may be best to log a support case for this.
