We upgraded MR to MU7 on Friday of last week.
Today when I use the missing account analysis tool i can open the tool, set a company that i want analyzed and then during the refresh i get the following message.

I was able to find one case with the same message where they cleared the issue by running the following statement against the ManagementReporter database in SQL.
DELETE SECURITYUSER WHERE NAME = 'EVERYONE'
It was not clear what caused the error or why the everyone group needed to be deleted so definitely try this at your own risk after making a full backup.
If you are not comfortable with running the statement, it may be best to log a support case for this.
