Hi everyone, I had an issue to synchronize contacts between CRM and BC. I want to synchronize contacts whose company is defined as customer only. But the fact is no matter the contact's parent company in CRM is set as customer or prospect, it synchronize to BC . Is there anything wrong in the filter setting. This is the default setting. Thanks
The direction is from CRM to BC in one direction (From IntegrationTable) and all the field mapping are all From IntegrationTable. The screenshots down below doesn't show to me. Hope you can see it.
