Missing Incoming XSD Schemas folder. Where to get XSD Schemas??

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

We have eConnect 14.0 installed, however we seem to be missing all the XSD Schemas.

According to this document: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa973843.aspx

it appears we should have schemas installed in "c:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics\eConnect 14.0\XML Sample Documents\Incoming XSD Schemas" but that folder does not exist anywhere on the PC. I have searched all over and can not find where to download the XSD Schemas. Is there someplace where I can download them? I would hate to build my own from scratch based on the XML documents located at https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff623651.aspx, with over 7700 lines of XML code this would take me a very long time to piece together manually. Please tell me Microsoft Dynamics makes them available someplace.

Thanks,

I found the schemas and installed them to the documented location.

Try the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics\eConnect 14.0\XML Sample Documents" Folder.
