GP2010 Management Reporter 2012 "ACTUAL"

We are upgrading our GP9 environment to GP2010 and migrated FRx 6.7 to Management Reporter 2012.  Everything with GP seems to be working correctly, however, Management Reporter is not.  Anywhere the "Book Code/Attribute Category" is "ACTUAL", there is extremely little to no data returned for any period this year.  However, the budgets do populate (which i believe says the connection to GP is there) for 2012.  Running a report in 2012 does return data for any of those months, but as soon as I change to a period within 2013, I get no ACTUAL data, only budgets.

Could anyone point me in the right direction by having any ideas what could be causing this?

It is not supported, but FRx DOES work still.  This will provide you with documents until MR can be brought up.  Do you have the latest and greatest Service Pack for MR

    Thanks for your quick reply.

I've just checked the version of MR and it is 2.1.1033.30.  This apparently is "Rollup 4 Hot Fix" according to dynamicsuniversity.com/.../what-version-your-management-reporter-installation-0

    Should I update to RU5 or RU6?

We ran 2012 reports and the figures do match with the corresponding FRx report.  Running 2013, budget figures do match again, it's just that the columns using ACTUAL are showing all zeros for 2013.

Any suggestions?  Install the Roll ups?
