    Hi,

    Follow the below steps

    1. Go to 'devices and printers'  window  settings on the pc where you have installed the Star 100 printer drivers

2.Right click on your receipt printer , select Printing preferences -> Peripherals.

3.Once you are there, use the dropdown menu to select 'Cash Drawer'. to see the below

4.Now, select 'End of Document'  tab and click open on both Cash Drawer #1 and Cash Drawer #2

5.No need to modify the cash drawer settings under Register menu in Store Operations manager, the printer will automatically popout the 2 cash drawers after a transaction is completed

Assumption, you have selected "windows" as the printer type  under Register  settings form in Store Operations manager

    Regards
