NAV 2013 R2 - Default Role Changes on Terminal Server

Hello,

Our users access NAV on a terminal server and default roles are not sticking.  For example, if Bill selects his role as Job Manager, then Kathy sets her role to AP clerk, the next time Bill logs in, his default role with be AP clerk.

Also, column customizations are not sticking either.  I have a feeling the two issues are related.  Has anyone heard of this issue and is there some sort of setting to use NAV on a terminal server?

Thanks,

Steve

    Hi Steve,

Have you assigned the role from user personalisation?

    Departments/Administration/Application Setup/RoleTailored Client/User Personalization

Please try to assign the default role from above function and check.

    Regards,

    Saurabh Shah
