Hello, I use the Service / Occurrences module, and I use Outlook to receive emails from my customers, and these emails are converted to Occurrence within Dynamics354.

It turns out that when E-mails arrive in the junk mail in Outlook, when they are released they do not enter the Dynamics365 inbox and consequently are not converted into an occurrence. Please, is there any way to resolve this?

Hi Daniel,

The issue should be related to Outlook's blocking policy.

You can set it in the Junk E-mail Options to add the sending email address into the Trusted List, so that the emails will not be received as Junk Emails.
