Portal EDD issue

We are having an issue with the Portal EDD failing to send emails outside our domain.


So, internal users are receiving the emails but they are failing when sending outside the company. I'm guessing it is something with SMTP??

    Hello Robert,

    Please reference Knowledge Base Article 924824 and 963086 to potentially resolve this issue you are experiencing. To view this Knowledge Base article on CustomerSource you will need to be enrolled in a Microsoft Dynamics service or support plan. To find out if you are enrolled in a service or support plan or for more information please contact your Microsoft partner.
