We are on 2015 On-Prem and no longer are working with a partner. Any idea how I can contact Microsoft to gain access to this helpful portal? I was told that If we already have Dynamics CRM then we should have access to Microsoft's Customer source portal.

Thx.

    Hello:

I would like to receive access to our firm’s CustomerSource account, and I believe that you are an administrator. Following are the steps you can take to grant me access to the site (mbs.microsoft.com/customersource):

    1.      Log into CustomerSource at the URL https://mbs.microsoft.com/CustomerSource/

    2.      On the left hand navigation, click on My Account > Our CustomerSource Accounts.

    3.      Click the Add New Professionals button to create a new professional.

    4.      Fill out the profile form including the full name, phone number, email address, office address, language preference, and any additional roles you feel are appropriate. NOTE:   Make every effort to be sure that the email address you enter is correct, otherwise the invitation email will not get to the appropriate user.

    5.      Click the checkbox titled 'Send invitation e-mail to this CustomerSource user?’ This will email a one-time link to the new user to associate their Microsoft Account with this CustomerSource profile.

    6.      Click the Save button.

After your administrator grants you access to the CustomerSource, you will receive an email message with a one-time link to associate your Microsoft Account with your CustomerSource profile.

Once the association is complete, you will be able to access CustomerSource (https://mbs.microsoft.com/customersource) at any time by logging in with your Microsoft Account username and password.

When I tried to use my email address to login, I get error messages like “Access Denied” or You are not authorized to view this page” or “Our Apologies error”?
