We are on 2015 On-Prem and no longer are working with a partner. Any idea how I can contact Microsoft to gain access to this helpful portal? I was told that If we already have Dynamics CRM then we should have access to Microsoft's Customer source portal.
Thx.

If all else fails then contact the AOC (Americas Operation Center) at 1-800-456-0025
