Precentage of Completion showing exagerated amount for items not yet received

We use Wennsoft for Job Cost, but I think this issue is with how the Unit of Measurement is set up in GP>Inventory module. In the Job Status, there is a Committed Costs column for expensed for the Job that have not come in yet. The Committed Cost for some materials is from the PO items that have not been received is showing exagerated amounts. For the received items, the numbers are correct.

What I have determined is that the Committed Cost for items measured in feet and SQ FT are way off. Example, we have a steel beam that is 50 ft long and is $28 / ft.  We ordered 6. Three are received. The the outstang costs should be 50x28x3 = $4200.00. What I am seeing is it 50x(50x28x3) = $21,000. I am sure this has something to do with how the Unit of Measurement was set up in our original Dynamics 2010 install, but I can't find anything to explain how it should be set up or what is happening that it is causing it to multiply the length the second time.

The Unit of Measurement fo the piece is this:

U of M: S50ft

Quantity: 50

Equivalent: feet

If that is correct, Then it is probably a Wennsoft issue.

Thanks,
