Invoice not showing up in customer account

I have 3 invoices that are not showing up in customers account.  The invoices have been released and a sales journal assigned.  However the sales job is in between another sales journal number.  How is this possible and where is the hang up?

Thank you

I would check to see if the AR Batch generated by the Sales Journal can be found in the AR Invoice & Memo screen, and if it is released.  Many times, the Sales Journal process will get aborted (by the user or some other issue), and the Batch will be in a Void (V) status.  Same for the related IN Batch.  If this is the case, change the Batch.Status field in SQL to "B", then you can use the Release AR/IN Batches screen to release the batches.  Just did this for a client this AM.

Not sure I follow the "in between another sales journal number," but here's a couple of things to check.

    1. try reprinting the Sales Journal. It may be that something interrupted the completion of the process.

    2. check the status of the AR Batch record. I recently had a situation where the batch had a status of "V" and hadn't processed. By changing the status to "B" in SQL, I was able to release the batch and see the invoices in the customer's account.

    Hope this helps!

Click on the Options tab of the Sales Journal report and enter the Sales Journal ID in the text box.
