Edit: Please refer Hari Narayanan answer below. I read it other way around, my bad

In subgrid properties, select the views you would like to show.

Open form editor => open subgrid properites => In display tab, under "additional options" section => select "show selected views" in "view selector" => select the view you want to show => click ok, save and publish form4666.Untitled-picture.png

    Hi,

I have understood your requirement and have done something similar to this before in CRM online 2015 version and should work in all other versions, the steps are as below.

Go to entity OP -> Change the view of the subgrid to the view you have already created-> save and publish the entity.

Now go the BCA ->Views->select the view and click on deactivate -> publish the form.

This will make the view appear only on the subgrid and not in the main view list of BCA.

    Hope that achieves your requirement.

haha Ram :D i had exactly same requirement with other clients, so i can feel the pain to have 30-40 views in the browser.
