1,608Historically, when we've ordered new GP licenses, each license required a corresponding SQL Cal license. That said, we have a site where we are now being prevented to place an order. It turns out the customer also has 24 self service licenses that have never been used and is now being required them to obtain an additional 24 SQL Cals. We've previously purchased licenses for this site and never had this issue before.
That said, can anyone confirm if Self Service licenses also require a SQL Cal? Have they always required a SQL Cal? Please advise. Look forward to a reply.
