show name on associated record in subgrid in crm 365

Hi All,

The below entity is a subgrid in case & i need to show the name like below 3 associated records display the name like MCP-Admin etc but for Unit thers no name showing.

What could be the issue or where i need to update the view ?

Hello,

To show the data in lookup. You need to modify Lookup View.

Every entity has a system view known as Lookup View. Under that view set your desired field(name in your case) as first column. It would start showing in the lookup then.
