4Hi everyone,
We have created a Free text invoice with a past due date.
This invoice appears in the customer aging report but does not appear in the aged balances form (a periodic task was performed to calculate the aging).
Here is a screenshot of the customer aging report:
Here is a screenshot of the aged balances for the specific customer (after running periodic task):
We also noticed that there is a lack of a large number of customers on the aged balances form.
Do you happen to know why we have such a difference between these two pages and how to pull missing customer balances to the aged balances form?
