Situation is a project budget of $12,000 for Revenue and costs. Issue a project sales order for $6,200 and then an invoice proposal for $6,200 (Public Sector)

When I attempt to post the invoice proposal, I get this:

Hi HowardLeCover,

Can you check is project budget control activated on project form?

If yes, did you updated project budget?

If I’m not wrong this error is due to cost control of project budget.

Please try these:

1. Revise budget and try

2. Take administrative / pm right and either deactivate budget control or allow override with warning.

We do not want to allow override with warnings, anything over budget must have a hard stop. Project budget is set to check at the line level. It works fine with costs, but revenues do not work. It's as if the sales order doesn't see the budget and the budget does not recognize a project sales order.
