Hi,
The Security Role of the user you are logged into lacks read access to the Price List entity.
Please navigate to Advanced Settings > Settings > Security > Users, select the user you're using and click the MANAGE ROLES button to check its security role.
And then grant the Read privilege of Price List to the role with the System Administrator.

Hello can you please make sure if the user has the permission mentioned in the error which is read privilege for that user is missing to access account price list can you please assign the privileged mentioned in the error and they should be able to create it.
