Make set regarding in activity to other activity

I would like to add follow-up tasks in my phone calls.
Created a subgrid but the regarding field in the task is populated with the account/contact of the phone call.
Is it possible to prefix the 'regarding' field with the phone call? Because I can't seem to select phone calls in the 'regarding' field.

    You can't set the 'regarding' field to an activity entity (e.g. phonecall). If you want to link one activity to another, then you could create an additional relationship for this.

    The approach I'd normally recommend is to have each of the activities regarding some other record - for example a case, or a campaign, or a custom entity
