can't attach scripts to forms

I'm trying to attach a script to a standard form - following steps here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg594433.aspx

I am able to upload script as Web Resource and reference it in form properties. But I am not able to configure an event handler to call any function. When I try to add an event handler, I can't reference a script library (the Library dropdown list is empty) and it's not possible to submit the dialog without this reference. When I close the Handler Properties - Webpage Dialog, it throws an error. I experienced the very same behavior on both Online and On-Premise deployments (version 2015).

Please advice what am I supposed to do to be able to attach scripts to forms as it is quite important to our clients.

    Hi,

    Take the current organization default solution and import it in other environment like trial online  CRM , and  attache your libraries and field/form events in online trial, then take the specific customization  to an unmanged solution and reimport into your Organization , it will works

    Can you try it from IE10?

    I am using Internet Explorer 11.0.9600.17498 on a Windows 8.1 x64 machine and I run updates quite frequently.

    I experienced the behavior on Account and Contact entities and also on my custom entities.

    If you are using CRM2015 - only IE10+ is supported .

    Is it happening on all your standard entities/specific one?

    What is the version of IE , see if there was a update installed on IE recently.

    Different browsers? I  had issues with CRM and Chrome, Firefox etc while trying to do the same.

    Thank you for a quick response.

    The behavior is the same unfortunately. I've tried default solution, custom solution, OOTB entities/forms, custom entities/forms and combinations of all that. I published every change I made. Nothing helped.
