Linking paycodes to employee information

I have added some new income and deduction pay codes into HR&Payroll/Cards/Payroll/Income Codes. They don't seem to be linked to the Employee cards when I attempt to enter a new employee. There must be a way to link them, but I'm not sure what I missed. Thanks for any advice.

If your employees are setup in classes, you can easily assign a Pay code to employees classes, better than going through them one by one. Follow the instructions below; Assigning Codes to Employee Classes
