Does Requisition Information Agent (RIA) consume a Dynamics SL Seat License?

Hi all,

I have a client that wants to run Outlook and the RIA on a stand-alone pc.  Does this process/screen consume a seat license??  Thanks!

    No - RIA does not count as a concurrent user in SL.
