I use bulk record deletion for process, which runs one per day. Can I set limit for deletion? As "Top 100" in SQL

I'm not sure, but Default max batch size is 1000, that means Using this you can delete up to 1000 records only at a time.

Not really. The setup screen won't offer this option.
You would need to write a console application to run under a task scheduler. Than you could use SQL to retrieve the data and sdk code to delete the records.
You can create/update/delete up to 1000 records only at a time. And we can not change this figure.
