I use GER for printing report for Sales Packing Slip. I have created several formats and custom model mapping.
Then I went to "Account Receivable - Setup - Forms - Form set up - Print management" and there I set up my format I'd like to use
There are 3 standard options for printing the report
In my devbox environment all three options print out my set up GER format correctly and they choose my format that I pointed out in the print management above but on production environment options "Copy preview" and "Original preview" choose another format which is bound to another model mapping which isn't default model mapping. That's why I get an error like that because the chosen format contains element bound from another not default model mapping. This element is deleted in the new model mapping which I currently use, i.e. set up as default model mapping.
since I cannot debug in prod and i can't reproduce this issue on my devbox is there any way to understand why for these 2 options system chooses incorrect format, not the one pointed out in the print management for sales packing slip?
