Unable to See Any entities in CRM despite having System Admin Role

Hi All,

My user is logged in with System Admin security role. Can access and modify Users, Security Roles, Business Units, Solutions, Perform Customization's and but cannot view the components in the Default solution pane. 

Also, None of the entities are visible in site map. None of the Charts or Dashboards are getting loaded. Most of the entities are not visible in Advanced Find.

Any help/leads on this issue. Really Appreciate.

    Is there any UCI app/ Modern driven app? If yes, could you check there,

    also could you check entities in Modern Power Apps -> default solution - https://make.powerapps.com/

    The issue is fixed now. Had an OOB field on CRM 2013 form named "Restricted Access Mode" value of which was set to Yes. Changed it to No and worked fine.

    The field behaves similar to Access Mode field when changed to Administrative instead of Read-Write.
