Customization Corruption in SL 6.5 SP2

Customizations in SL 6.5 is corrupted frequently for one of our client using SL 6.5 SP2.

We removed the swimapi.kpr and swimapiex.exd files in the APC folder and loaded the SL screens but still no luck. There aren't any error messages but the customised screens gets disoriented at frequent intervals. We import CST file every once in a while to get the customisation back.WIN7 client is the main suspect.

Any ideas why this happens?

Thanks Tony. We checked this setting also and it seems ok. Also it appears to corrupt the All users level Customisations.Still not sure why..

If save settings on exit is turned on for the users, i have seen this corrupt self level customizations over time.
