Dear Experts,

my user is facing a problem of "Open Lines in Excel" option .. sometimes its appearing sometime not... even he is assigned system admin and also add in excel has added properly..

can any one tell me what's the exact reason behind this problem.

Hi Yasir,

can you tell any more details about this issue?

1) Do you mean "Open in Excel" button that is available on many forms?

2) Does this happen to all users?

3) Does it always happen on some forms, or randomly here and there?

yes ramit...he has been assigned with this role..he is facing this issue on random basis,,

your all 3 thoughts are absolutely right.... even many user who are attached with sys admin role..face this issue...they are facing this issue on random basis

Hi Yasir,

I experienced that "Open in Excel" does not appear if you do not have any lines.

Can you add one line, refresh the form and check if it appears then?
