I have recently enabled Server-Side Integration with SharePoint from my Dynamics Online instance.
I have an existing Workflow Process that uses SetWordTemplate to automatically add a populated Document Template to the Notes section of a custom entity.
Is it possible to replace (or modify) the workflow such that the populated document template is added to the record's SharePoint folder instead?

The existing Workflow Process doesn't use custom code. It is a simple on-demand process that has 1 step which calls "SetWordTemplate".
An alternative way to write this question would be... What steps do I need to take to use an existing Document Template such that it is populated with details from the current record and automatically uploaded to the current record's SharePoint folder?

Yes, it is possible but you need to check custom workflow processed used by existing workflow. Is it using any custom code?
