Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack and upgrading Windows Server 2008 R2 to SP1 and SQL Server 2008 R2 to SP2

Hi guys!

I would like to know if upgrading Windows Server 2008 R2 to Service Pack 1 and SQL Server R2 to Service Pack 2 will affect our production environment?

Are there any known issues with Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack or are there right procedures in doing so? Thanks :D

    Hi Dianne,

    You can download the system requirements to verify your inquiry: www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx

    For SQL server 2008 R2, Service pack 2 is supported for cumulative update 4 and later.

    Before upgrading your production environment it is recommended to test upgrading in a separate staging or test environment.

    Hi Dianne,

    I can't tell you or even promise something. You have to test it. I don't have experience with every combination of Wiindows, SQL server and AX versions.
