Can anyone tell me how I can get Private Preview Early Sandbox Access to new Subscription Billing Module and more documentation on features and functionality. This release post says Private Preview in September 2024

I already updated the Sandbox to v24.4.22295.22393 but the feature is not included yet.

If you mean the Public preview version, it will usually be released next week.
