We are a service based company testing out Dynamics 365 Business Central. I am trying to put different items with different frequencies onto a single service contract. So far I do not see a way to do this. I have looked at a few apps from the Microsoft App store for Dynamics to see if this is possible but don't see it.
It looks like the only way to have a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual schedule I would have to have four service contracts or one service contract with four different Service Items with different frequencies. The issue that I have with this is we are trying to not have four Service Items for one real item in the field. This seems like it will make the record retention very sloppy.
