Problem with upload big size file to Portal

Hi,

My business need to upload files to Portal with the size is around 200MB. I understand that currently Portal does not support this such size of file. Is there any workaround (whatever workaround) to overcome this limitation?

    Hi,

    The limit in CRM can be changed under the System Setting. Refer the below blow, however the maximum you can set there is 32mb or 128mb (version9 if I am not wrong).

    The other options are if you change your storage from CRM to either Azure Blob storage or SharePoint, But again I am not sure if they even support 200MB

    Hi,

    Following are the file size limits:

    Note attachment - 32 MB for older versions and 128 MB for newer versions

    Azure Blog Storage - The maximum file upload size is 125 MB.

    SharePoint Integration - Maximum of 50 MB

    I never used it personally, but maybe a good alternative would be to use OneDrive for Business, but I'm not sure if this fits your scenario or if you have the license for it. Normally you should be able to opload very large files and have up to 1TB of storage space.
