What kind of customizations can be done in the sales module?

Hello,

As sales module is self sufficient to manage the sales processes for the customers, would you please share scenarios where technical customizations are requiring to enhance or optimize the functionalities?

Hi Tom,

Many scenarios require technical customization in Dynamics 365 Sales such as :

- Contract Management.

- manage inventory products. The sales pearson need to visualize the availability of products before selling the item.

- Customer paiement is very limited in Dynamics 365 Sales.
