PowerWebForm CRM Credentials Testing Failed

Im using PowerWebForm and if I try to test my credentials it fails even though the credentials are 100% correct, which means the WebForm cant be used since there is no owner. Its in CRM 2016 (8.1.0.359) on-premise, I have admin rights so that isnt the Problem.
