I am working on Dynamics 365 Online with 9.2 version. Integrating SharePoint document location with D365 and not enable Folder structure while document settings for Account. Because the requirement is folder structure is different from out of box folder structure.
We have integrated document location creation while creating Account record by using Power Automate. Facing issue is while selecting Documents from the Account Related records, eventhough folder structure not enable still the out of box function triggering and creating document location folder. How to restrict it?
Our folder structure : AccountName - AccountId(Auto Number)
Out of box folder structure - AccountName - AccountId(Unique Id) -- Would like to restrict it
