Item filters cannot use wildcard

HI

i have setup filter groups as per warehouse r3 guide, but when i try to assign these to a product i get an error stating item filters cannot use wild card?

i have filter 1 enabled against the product group as well as  assigned filter code 1 for item group

 

not sure what else to look at?

    Can you indicate if the filter contains some special characters like '*' or ','?

    the filters contain only letters, straight from the r3 warehouse guide

    eg fresh, froz,dper and DNPER

    cant understand why it thinks there is a wild card operator?

    got it in one ! this was blank, hence it thought filter 2,3,4 was a wild card!!

    Hello,

    For more details the solution was :

    1. Enable customer filters at Warehouse Management parameters -> Filters

    2. Add a special caracter like "$" in wildcard
