Hi All, has anyone had any issues with survey invites going to junk e-mail as opposed to straight into the inbox?
Hi,
If all your invitations are affected, it could be caused because the sender email address that you are using (or part of the address) is recognized as spam.
Could you change your sender email address and send an invitation to test if it's ok?

Hi Carlos, Looks like the emails are sent from surveys@email.formspro.microsoft.com. Is there a way where it can be marked as not spam ?
You can change that email address in the Send Settings and you can use a custom email of your company.
Check that: learn.microsoft.com/.../customize-sender-email
