Invoice posted to Sales, but Posted date shows 01/01/1900. What causes this, how do I fix?

Posted on by

Hi everyone,

I ran a SmartList  that shows a number of invoices with the correct Post Date, but the Posted Date is 01/01/1900 and does not show the distribution.  I've queried a number of these invoices and found that the status is open, but the distribution is populated.  Has anyone seen this before?  A screen capture is attached below.

    Hi Derrick,

As this is a custom smart list, you need to verify the query used to create it. From RM tables Post date is the existing column. Posted date is custom one which can read from query only.

As said by victoria, if you can share query then it would be easy to help.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi Derrick,

This looks like a custom SmartList. If you could share the code behind this SmartList, or let us know the logic of how it is connecting the data, that would make it easier to help answer your question.
