    Hi B K Sharma,

I am not an Indian GST expert but would recommend that you compare and double check the 3 sales orders affected with other invoices where everything worked fine and tax was posted.

There must be a difference in the SO / SO lines.

Probably somebody removed one of the tax group fields or made any other change that you should be able to identify when comparing those orders.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

Check the following for the invoices having issue

1> Open their sales order and and check tax information tab on a line level on each item, in the tax info tab check  a) if HSN code assigned to all items or not   b) go to last tab of customer tax info  check if address assigned over there or not

2>If HSN code have been assigned than < open tax setup  and check if rates for the same HSN assigned or not for all SGST , CGST and IGST

3> Under customer master check if Addresses having tax information along with GSTIN number attached to it . and also it should be ticked as primary.

4> Make sure all  addresses have State code as HSN code rates gets derived from state code

    Update if this helps
